Jsd Space Design's Innovative Approach to Commercial Space

The inspiration for the Yuanfang Fine Club came from the changing lifestyle habits of consumers. As people's living habits undergo major changes due to consumption upgrading, the need for diverse life scenarios becomes paramount. The designers have aimed to meet these needs while also considering the sensory experience and thinking identity of the consumers. The result is a space that subverts the traditional lifestyle of urbanites with its diversity and changeability.

What sets the Yuanfang Fine Club apart is its integration of various functional areas. These include vacation experience, food culture, art enjoyment, children's space, and bar afternoon tea. The design elements have been extracted from the theme of seaside vacation and extended in a regular form to build the relationship between space. This approach has resulted in a space that not only serves its commercial purpose but also offers a refreshing leisure atmosphere.

The realization of this design involved modern architectural thinking and innovative technology. The reception area, for instance, features a large fish tank as the highlight, with wave wood decoration and artistic floor paint that evoke the feel of a seaside vacation. The computer negotiation area uses a real-time interconnection system, providing customers with real-time information and a sense of the data age.

The design specifications of the project, which covers a total of 745 square meters, are equally impressive. A structural column in the atrium area has been decorated into a giant, modern tree, surrounded by fluent lines and disparate lighting. The bow-shaped bar, combined with fish chandeliers, offers a seaside vacation experience. The VIP room, with its arc-shaped electric glass wall, and the children's district, exuding childlike innocence and delight, add to the uniqueness of the space.

The Yuanfang Fine Club is located in the golden section of Dongfeng North Bridge in Chaoyang District, Beijing, overlooking Beijing Sun Park and International CBD. The design, which started in February 2018 and finished in May 2018, faced several creative, technical, and research challenges. One of the major challenges was the integration of 360-degree holographic projection in the interior of the space, which provides a fantastic visual impact and artistic tension to the guests, and realizes a dining environment of various scenarios.

Yuanfang Fine Club is a testament to Jsd Space Design's innovative approach to commercial space design. It has not only won the Golden A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award in 2020 but has also set a new standard in urban lifestyle. As a result, it is influencing the lifestyle of urbanites through its diversified, changeable, and multi-dimensional multi-scene club operation mode.
